I’m Terrie Brooks, the visionary behind Terrie’s Luxe Charcuterie Boards. With a passion for culinary artistry and a keen eye for detail, I have curated a selection of premium ingredients and designs to delight your senses.
After 25 years in the corporate arena, I felt the calling to pursue my dream of working for myself. As a role model for my nieces and nephew, I realized I wasn't fully embodying the advice I shared with them - to discover their talents and pursue their dreams. My gift lies in creating beautiful, elegant, and delicious charcuterie that marks life’s most momentous events. My business allows me to share time with family while
fueling my passion and creating a legacy of possibilities.

Trenton Silas
Executive Assistant
Trenton attends Red Oak High School
and is instrumental in assisting me with creating dynamic charcuterie experiences. He has the natural ability
to assist executive leadership with schedules, innovative ideas and managing daily operations. I'm proud
of him as he follows in my footsteps, starting his own photography business and investing in his future.
Tracie Brooks
Assistant I
Tracie's passions are family, friends, and food! She works part time for Terrie's Luxe Charcuterie and is also a Speech Pathologist. Tracie is a proud mom of three, twins Trenton and Tyler and Zoe, who is pursuing higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton.
Tyler Silas
Assistant II
Tyler attends Red Oak High School and is active in sports. She assists with food safety, food prep, as well as, event set-up. Tyler offers creativity and support in various aspects of our daily operations.
My entire family stands behind my business, actively contributing to its expansion and success.
